1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping across the USA on all orders.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 4–8 business days depending on your location.
During holidays or high-demand periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
3. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and delivery updates.
4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
5. What shipping carriers do you use?

6. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@defenity.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

10. Who covers return shipping costs?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, for example if we accidentally send you the wrong size or color, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement. For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
11. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through trusted payment providers. Defenity does not store your payment card information.
12. Can I cancel or change my order?
You have 1 hour after placing your order to request a cancellation or modification. After this time, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will still be possible because your order may already be processed for shipment.
